随着铁路车辆的发展，铁地板平车越来越多，而铁地板平车普遍存在加固难的问题，尤其对轮式装备而言。结合军交运输部课题特种装备铁路运输专用平车中对特种装备的加固方案研究，就铁地板平车通用加固方法进行了研究，提出了可供选择的铁地板平车加固方案，并通过试验以及实际使用，验证了方案的可行性。

With the development of railway vehicles, more and more steel - floored platform wagons are used, but the problems of fastening difficulty are presented generally, especially to wheeled equipment. Combined with fastening project for special equipment transported by special equipment - railway transportation platform wagon, which is the scientific research subject established by Military Communication and Transportation Department, this paper studies the general fastening method used on steel - floored platform wagons and puts forward its fastening project. Its feasibility is validated by an experiment and actual application.
