With the advent of we media era, the traditional network public opinion also shows new characteristics and laws because microbog is widely used. Microblog public opinion has the characteristics of subject decentralization, rapid delivery, on response, diffusion is fission, and poor controllability. Its evolution can be simply divided into sprout, fission and dispel. The characteristic of microblog public opinion has brought new challenges to the traditional network public opinion management work.
