英文摘要：

Micro-course has the characteristics of shortness, concision and focuses on topic. It is the best choice for mobile learning. As to explore micro-course based reform of teaching and learning methods, cultivate learners＇ autonomous learning ability and promote quality of personnel training, the production process and method of micro-course was researched. A micro-course based mobile learning system was designed. The formal and informal learning mode of micro-course based mobile learning system was researched.
