基于提出的螺旋埋管换热器三维数值传热模型,模拟研究了螺旋埋管的桩径、桩深及螺距3个设计参数对其换热能力的影响.在模拟结果的基础上,拟合得出了不同螺距条件下螺旋埋管换热器单位管长换热量关于桩径和桩深的函数关联式,以期为工程设计提供理论指导.
Based on the proposed three dimensional numerical heat transfer model of energy pile with spiral coils, the influences of pile diameter, pile depth and screw pitch on the heat exchange ability are studied. The functions which reveal the mathematics relation between the heat exchange and the design parameters of energy pile under different screw pitch are fitted, which is used to provide theoretical guidance for engineering design.
