基于技术生态理论和“涌现”理论,在揭示“涌现”内涵的基础上,阐述了技术系统具有涌现新技术的特性;分析了生境变化和技术间相互作用两种内外作用力对新技术涌现的影响,以及新技术进入技术生态系统后带来的影响和作用结果。最后,以移动通信1G到2G的发展为例,分析总结了新技术涌现的过程。从微观角度对技术生态系统中新技术的涌现过程进行了分析,提出了把握新技术涌现规律和促进技术创新的对策。
Based on technology ecology theory and emergence theory, we reveal the meaning of 'emergence', describe the characteristics of new technology emergence of technology system, and analyze the effect of the change in habitats and the interactions among technologies (both internal and external forces) on new technology emergence. We also analyze the impacts and consequences after that new technology enter technological ecosystem. Finally, using the development of mobile communication technique from 1G to 2G as an example, we analyze and sum up the whole process of new technology emergence. In this article, the whole process of new technology emergence of the technological ecosystem was analyzed from microcosmic view, which is beneficial for grasping the law of new technology emergence and for promoting technology innovation.
