创新网络已成为企业进行技术创新的主要组织形式,而创新网络的特征影响着企业知识学习模式。知识创新是突破性技术创新的重要前提,它需要通过探索性学习和利用,l生学习获得。企业通过建立二元型创新网络模式,平衡探索性学习和利用性学习之间的矛盾。通过引入捕食者模型(Lotka—Voltcrra模型),分析二元型网络间形成知识捕食关系有利于两类学习网络间知识流动与互补,使新知识创造过程能不断循环,从而使企业实现探索性学习和利用性学习的平衡,有利于突破性技术创新。
As Innovation network has been the main organizational form of f'u'ms ' technology innovation, the characteristics of this net work have a significant effect on firms' knowledge learning mode. Knowledge innovation is the prerequisite for radical innovation which is obtained from exploration and exploitation. Leading f'Lrms solve the paradox between explorative and exploitive learning by establishing du- al network mode. By introducing in Lotka-Volterra model, we conclude that the predation relationship between dual networks is beneficial for knowledge flowing and complementing for each other; thus the circular creation of new knowledge can be continued. The balance be tween exploration and exploitation within leading firms can be realized which is conducive to their radical innovation.
