选取了在中国区域创新能力排名中居前列的广东、上海及山东三地部分组织的293名研发人员作为研究对象,运用结构方程模型探讨了包容型领导对员工创新行为的作用机理。研究结果表明:心理资本在包容型领导三个维度对员工创新行为的作用路径中发挥不同的作用,其中,心理资本在开放性和有效性对员工创新行为的作用路径中发挥部分中介效应,在易接近性对员工创新行为作用路径中发挥完全中介作用。包容型领导可通过提升员工心理资本水平,激发员工产生积极的心理状态,从而促使员工产生更多的创新构想及创新行为。
To explore the impact of inclusive leadership on employees' innovative behavior using structural equation model,293 research and development personnel coming from Guangdong province,Shanghai and Shandong province as the reasearch object. The results indicate that psychological capital play different roles in the path of inclusive leadership's dimensions on employees' innovative behavior. Psychological capital partly mediate the path of openness and effectiveness to employees' innovative behavior and fully mediate the path of accessibility to employees' innovative behavior. Inclusive leadership may improve employees' innovative ideas and innovative behavior by promoting employees' psychological capital and inspiring employees' positive mental state.
