为了有效地实现联盟互租战略下班轮舱位的优化分配以提高班轮公司的收益,针对集装箱班轮运输需求的随机波动性特点,以班轮公司总边际运输收益及其舱位租赁净收益最大化为目标,综合多航线、多尺寸、多类型集装箱等因素,构建了近洋航线班轮舱位互租与舱位分配综合随机规划模型,并运用机会约束方法设计了模型的求解算法,算例验证了上述模型与算法的适用性和有效性。结果表明,班轮联盟舱位互租不仅明显地增加了班轮公司的收益,而且在不增加运力的情况下,可以有效地提高其市场占有率和竞争能力。研究结论能为班轮联盟合作决策提供有价值的指导。
In order to achieve the optimal allocation of liner container slots using the strategy of mutual rent in liner alliance thus improve the revenue of liner carriers,a comprehensive stochastic programming model for mutual rent and the allocation of liner container slots in near-sea services is formulated.The objective is to maximize the total marginal revenue and slot rental net income of liner carriers,considering the factors of multi-routes and multi-size/type of containers.Due to the randomness of container shipping demands,the chance-constrained programming method is employed to solve the problem.The results of a case study validate that the model and its algorithms are feasible and effective.It shows that the strategy of mutual rent and allocation of container slot in liner alliance cannot only increase the revenue of liners,but also extend their market shares and competitiveness without capacity expansion.The findings provide a valuable guidance for liners in liner alliance decision.
