淀粉/炭黑/NR复合材料的性能研究

分别采用直接共混(DCM)法和乳液共沉(LCM)法制备淀粉/炭黑/NR复合材料,研究不同方法和改性剂对复合材料性能的影响。试验结果表明,与DCM法制备的复合材料相比,LCM法制备的复合材料硬度减小,定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度增大,滚动阻力下降,抗湿滑性能和耐磨性能提高;在LCM法制备的复合材料中加入改性剂间苯二酚-甲醛(RF)树脂或RF树脂/硅烷偶联剂KH-792,复合材料的抗湿滑性能和耐磨性能提高,单独使用RF树脂改性的效果优于RF树脂/KH-792并用改性。

英文摘要:

A starch/carbon black/NR composite was prepared by directly compounding method (DCM) and latex co-coagulation method(LCM) respectively, and the influence of different methods and modifiers on its properties was investigated. The results showed that compared to the composite prepared by DCM,the composite prepared by LCM possessed lower hardness,higher modulus,tensile strength and tear strength as well as better rolling resistance,wet skid resistance and wear resistance. By adding modifier resorcinol-formaldehyde(RF) resin or RF resin/silane coupling agent KH-792 blend in the composite prepared by LCM,the wet skid resistance and wear resistance of the composite increased,and the modifying effect of RF resin was superior to that of RF resin/KH-792 blend.
