研究了几种树脂对氢化丁腈橡胶二甲苯胶液中铑金属催化剂的吸附能力,考察了反应时间及树脂用量等条件对树脂吸附率的影响。结果表明,所得螯合树脂D418具有相对较好的吸附能力,对HNBR胶液中铑金属络合物吸附率可达到90%以上。通过GPC、傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振波谱对脱除催化剂前后HNBR的相对分子质量以及结构进行了表征,同时对脱除催化剂前后的HNBR进行了力学性能测试。
The adsorption ability of some kind of resins to the rhodium metal catalyst from hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) in dimethyl benzene was studied and the effect of reaction time,resin amount on the resin adsorption rate was observed.The results showed that chelated resin D418 exhibited good absorbing ability.The absorption rate of rhodium catalyst in HNBR solution was over 90%.The structure of HNBR before and after catalyst removal was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR.Also the mechanical properties of HNBR before and after catalyst removal was tested.
