研究受阻酚AO-80/硅烷偶联剂改性白炭黑/NBR复合材料的性能。结果表明,随着受阻酚AO-80用量的增大,受阻酚AO-80/硅烷偶联剂改性白炭黑/NBR复合材料的玻璃化温度和损耗因子峰值明显升高,阻尼性能明显提高;物理性能下降,但仍可满足使用要求。
The properties of hindered phenol AO-80/silane coupling agent modified silica/NBR composite were studied. The results showed that as the addition level of hindered phenol AO-80 increased, the Tg and peak value of tan8 of the composite increased significantly,and the damping property of the composite was improved significantly; the physical properties of the composite were decreased,but still met the requirements in service.
