目的:考察工作-家庭冲突与职业女性自杀意念的关系,以及伴侣支持在二者关系中的调节作用,为职业女性自杀的干预提供一定借鉴。方法:从西安市某民营企业抽取242名职业女性,用自编一般情况调查表(考察人口统计学特征及伴侣支持情况)、自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)和工作-家庭冲突量表(WFCS)进行测查。结果:职业女性自杀意念的检出率为6.6%;除“基于时间的工作干涉家庭”维度外,WFCS各维度与SIOSS总分均呈正相关(r=0.18~0.44,均P〈0.01);除“基于时间的工作干涉家庭”维度外,WFCS各维度对职业女性自杀意念均有正向预测作用(β=0.20~0.40,均P〈0.01),其中“基于压力的家庭干涉工作”作用更为突出(β=0.33,P〈0.01);伴侣支持在“基于压力的家庭干涉工作”与自杀意念的关系中起调节作用(β=0.12,P〈0.05)。结论:职业女性自杀意念的检出率较高,其工作-家庭冲突越高,自杀意念越强,伴侣支持在二者关系中起调节作用。
Objective: To explore the effects of work-family conflict on suicidal ideation in professional women and the moderating role of partners" support between the two and to offer guidance for suicide interventions in professional women. Methods: A convenient sample of 242 professional women from a private enterprise were selected and assessed with a self-made questionnaire concerning demographic factors and partners" support, the Self- Rating Ideation of Suicide Scale (SIOSS) and Work-Family Conflict Scale (WFCS). Results: In this sample, 6. 6% of the subjects had suicidal ideation. All the dimensions of work-family conflict ( except for time-based WIF) were positively correlated with suicidal ideation (r = 0. 18 -0. 44, Ps 〈 0. 01 ). All the dimensions of work-family conflict (except for time-based WIF) had significant positive effects on professional women's suicidal ideation (β=0. 20 - 0. 40, P 〈0. 01), in which strain-based FIW had the strongest effect (β= 0. 33, P 〈 0. 01 ) and partners" support moderated the effect of strain-based FIW on suicidal ideation (β=0. 12, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: It suggests that professional women have relatively high rates of suicidal ideation. Professional women who have higher levels of work-family conflict tend to have stronger suicidal ideation, and partners" support may be a moderator between work-family conflict and suicidal ideation.
