Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the therapy of integrative Chinese and western medicine on angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerosis heart disease（ CHD）. Methods： 109 cases with angina pectoris due to CHD were randomized into control group（ 57 cases） given conventional western medicine treatment and treatment group（ 52 cases） added with intravenous dripping of Danhong Injection. Results： The effective rate of clinical effect was 84. 2% in control group and 96. 1% in treatment group; the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of ECG efficacy was82. 4% in control group and 96. 1% in treatment group; the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The therapy of integrative Chinese and western medicine has exact therapeutic effects on angina pectoris due to CHD,which can remarkably improve the onset times and the condition of myocardial ischemia.
