电子期刊数据库如何通过个性化服务提高信息用户的满意水平,有赖于基于群体特征的、科学有效的信息用户分组。本文提出基于背景特征的信息用户群组划分假设,在此基础上设计调查方案组织抽样调查,运用因子分析、平均数检验与方差分析等方法验证了假设。研究结论显示基于性别、知识能力和数据库经验等背景特征的分组对于信息用户满意形成存在显著差异,为电子期刊数据库的管理决策提供了有益的借鉴。
Academic database website provide personalized service for information users to enhance their satisfaction. It relies on the group - analysis of information users based on the characteristics of group scientifically. At first, a hypothesis of grouping based on individual background is presented. And then, the hypothesis is confirmed by analytic methods,such as sampling investigation,factor analysis,mean analysis and ANOVA. The results shows there are significant difference between the group of gender, knowledge and experience of using academic database website, and it provides helpful advises for the management of academic database website.
