随着信息技术的发展,图书馆网站的功能将变得愈来愈重要,因此积极开展图书馆网站用户满意度调查,进而分析和研究改进的对策,对于提高现代图书馆服务水平具有十分重要的意义。本文在借鉴美国顾客满意度模型的基础上,结合图书馆网站的具体特征,识别了图书馆网站提供的信息产品和服务质量的关键维度并构建了基于图书馆网站的用户满意度模型(ICSI-L)。然后通过大规模的问卷调查以及运用VisualPI-S软件对数据的处理,完成了对ICSI-L模型的实证分析,最后给出了模型的应用实例及其实施应用模式,为各图书馆网站进行满意度改进提供方法依据。
With the development of information technology, the function of library website would be more and more important, carrying out the survey of user satisfaction actively, further analysing and studying countermeasure of improvement is more significant for modem library to improve the level of service. This paper identifies key dimensions of information product and service quality provided by library website and develops user satisfaction index model for library website (ICSI-L) with its own characteristics based on American Customer Satisfaction model. Then following large-scale questionnaire investigation, the empirical study of ICSI-L model is finished by using VisualPLS software to process data, at last,the example of the model how to apply is presented, and the application pattern of the model is put forward, providing technology and gist for the improvement of user satisfaction for library website.
