针对于现今电子政务服务存在的未能以用户需求为导向、技术驱动不足、缺乏统一的规划与标准、综合效益难以体现等问题,以信息技术集成化发展为视角,系统分析了电子政务服务方式的演进,设计了基于用户兴趣聚类的电子政务知识服务平台模型,并对模型的功能进行了系统说明。最后以湖北省政府门户网站为具体应用背景展开实证分析,据此证明基于用户兴趣聚类的电子政务知识服务的可行性和可用性。
In light of the existing problems in the present E-government knowledge services, such as fail- ing to be oriented at customer requirements, deficiency of technological drive, lack of unified plan and standards and hard to reflect the comprehensive benefits, we analyzed the evolution of the E-government knowledge services modes through the perspective of integrated development of the information technolo- gies, designed the E-government knowledge service platform models oriented at customer interests, and il- lustrated the function of the models systematically. After all these work, we specifically analyzed the Hu- bei provincial government portal website and take it as an example to prove the feasibility and utility of the customer interests-oriented E-government knowledge services.
