View of the current status of e-government information services ,the authers put forward an interactive e-government infor- mation services based on the personalized government information service, building the overall framework of interactive government in- formation service system and user-interactive model is the core of it, and then specific emphasis on analysing the user modeling compo- sition and the structure from the abstract to the concrete, defined the central role of user model in the government administrative infor- mation service, and make for realizing self-adaptive search to provide a personalized intelligent government information retrieval serv- ices, and ＇also help to locate the user＇ s demand to take the initiative recommend services.
