This paper mainly analyzes the problem in the current E-government＇s information services, in response to this question, with mainstream information integration approach, topic map is used as an integrated middleware, made a E-government semantic integration model based on topic maps, analysis of the key technical methods of the model, expect to solve those problems perfectly, improve user＇s satisfaction, support our Chinese E-government information services.
