In this paper Wuhan geologic hazards and mineral resources management system is Briefly introduced on system design ,database design ,functional module design ,safety control and system applications .Newly developing tech-nique such as WebGIS , RIA, database and traditional geology and mineral resources knowledge are combined into this system.Multisource and different-structure data are seamlessly integrated in the system .The integrated management and analysis application of geologic hazards and mineral resources are realized in web environment .It can exert great effect on city planning ,construction and management .It is a mature example and worth promoting .
