＂髓＂是维持人体生命活动必要的基本物质,又为奇恒之腑之一。中医学对＂髓＂的概念及其生理和病理的分析早在《黄帝内经》已有论述。本篇通过整理和归纳关于＂髓＂的古代文献,从概念、生成、生理功能、与经络和肾的联系、以及病机的方面对髓进行详细分析归纳和总结,以期对髓有更加明确和整体的认识。
英文摘要：
In traditional Chinese medicine,marrow is regarded as one of the most essential substances of human living,and also one of the extraordinary organs.The records about marrow in physiology and pathology could be chased back in Huangdi Neijing.In this article,the ancient literature about marrow was collected and sorted out in conception,generation,physiological function,relation between marrow and meridian and connection between marrow and kidney.In this way,a more specific and whole picture of marrow would be established and concluded.
