基于理论和文献分析,结合对国内200多家制造企业的现状调研,从人力资源管理活动在企业内所处的层面和对企业服务化转型的应对态度这两个维度,构建了制造企业服务化转型中的人力资源管理模式结构矩阵,提炼出四种人力资源管理模式:战术被动型、战术主动型、战略被动型和战略主动型。在此基础上对不同的人力资源管理模式明确了具体的分类标准,并以某公司为例进行了案例分析。
Based on theory and literature analysis and combined with a survey of more than 200 domestic manufacturers, this paper builds a human resources management model structure matrix from two dimensions of the level of human resources management in an en- terprise and its response to servitization, and extracts four kinds of human resources management models: tactical-passive, tactical- proactive, strategic-passive and strategic-proactive. On this basis, this paper identifies specific classification criteria for different human resource management models. Finally, it takes case study of a company.
