知识迁移与吸收形成了知识共创过程,网络嵌入可使主体获得创新所需的异质性资源,两者交互作用形成的突破性创新可以提高企业核心竞争力、实现产业结构调整、带动经济跨越式发展。基于系统分析角度,研究知识共创、嵌入关系与突破性创新绩效之间的关系,应用统计数据并基于制造业企业231个样本的调查问卷构建了两者协同的系统动力学模型,结果表明知识共创、网络嵌入对突破性创新具有正向促进影响,知识共创中可利用资源识别指标对过程突破性创新绩效的影响强于前端不确定性,网络嵌入中信息共享障碍指标对产品突破性创新的作用强于企业权力,并且知识共创与网络嵌入存在明显的协同效应。
Knowledge migration and absorption construct the interactively developing process of knowledge co-production and network embeddedness can make the subject acquire heterogeneous resource which innovation require.Radical innovation formed by the interaction between the knowledge migration and absorption and the network embeddedness can improve the core competence of enterprise,adjust industrial structure and develop economy by leaps and bounds.This paper proposes the casual relationshio of network members with embeddedness how to improve radical innovation performance though knowledge co-production based on the perpective of system analysis.The statistical date from 2007 to 2014and 231 questionnaires from manufacturing enterprises are collected to build a system dynamics model of coordination of both.The empirical results indicated that knowledge co-production,network embeddedness have a significant positive influence on radical innovataion preformance.The effect of resource identification index to process radical innovation performance is better than front end uncertainty index in knowledge co-production,the effect of product radical innovation performance by information sharing barrier index is superior to enterprise power in network embeddedness.Moreover,knowledge co-production and network embeddedness have obvious synergistic effect.
