在制造业转型升级背景下,中国制造亟待工匠精神。从工匠精神的视角出发,对延锋伟世通电子科技有限公司电子工程师核心能力的影响因素进行分析,将电子工程师的核心能力分解成技术能力、创新能力、工作态度和持续进步能力4个方面;在此基础上构建了电子工程师核心能力评价指标体系,并采用实践参与式评价和线性加权相结合的方法评价电子工程师的核心能力,同时引入偏离度确定电子工程师等级和是否晋升。评价结果可为电子工程师的定级和晋升提供决策支持,同时也为人力资源管理提供借鉴。
There is an urgent need of great craftsman spirit in China's manufacturing under the background of transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.Technical ability,innovation ability,working attitude and sustaining progressive ability are included in core capabilities by analyzing influencing factors on core capabilities of Y.F.Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd under the perspective of great craftsman spirit.Evaluation index system about core capabilities of electronic engineer is established based on the above analysis.Practical participatory evaluation method is used for working attitude and sustaining progressive ability,and linear weighting for technical ability and innovation ability.Then degree of deviation is used to determine the engineer ranking and promotion.The research results provide decision support for ranking and promotion of electronic engineer in Y.F.Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd,and reference for human resource management at the same time.
