为探索高应力软岩巷道底鼓治理方法,以潘一东矿西翼主胶带机大巷三联巷为研究对象,在调研其工程地质条件及底鼓概况的基础上,采用FLAC3D5.0软件分析了其底鼓机理;研发出适用于底板加固的端锚锚索束,提出了以端锚锚索束为主的底鼓控制方案;采用数值方法验证了底鼓控制效果,并将底鼓控制方案应用于工程实践。研究结果表明:三联巷底鼓属于挤压流动性底鼓,在两帮挤压效应作用下,底板整体凸起;端锚锚索束高支护刚度与高延伸性为相互制约关系,兼顾二者可以确定端锚锚索束参数;巷道底板加固会弱化两帮的挤压效应,改善帮顶支护结构工况;端锚锚索束在实现全孔注浆的同时兼具高锚固力及高延伸性,对高应力软岩巷道底鼓具有良好的控制效果。
To explore treatment methods for floor heave in the roadway with high stress and soft rock, with the third linked roadway of west belt conveyors main roadway in Panyidong mine as research subject, and based on the investigation of its engineering geological condition and floor heave situation, the floor heave mechanism was analyzed with the software of FLAC3D5.0, and the end anchoring-grouting cable ties was developed for floor strengthening, based on which the floor heave control scheme was proposed, whose effect was verified through numerical method. This floor heave control scheme was applied to engineering practice. The results have shown that: 1) The floor heave in the third linked roadway is a kind of extruding fluidity floor heave, with the floor rising holistically under the squeezing effect of both sides; 2) High support rigidity and high extensibility have mutually constraining relation- ship, so the parameters of the end anchoring-grouting cable ties can be decided if taking both of which into account; 3) The floor strengthening would weaken squeezing effect between both sides and improve the working condition of roof-side support structures; 4) The end anchoring-grouting cable ties have good performance in controlling floor heave in roadway with high stress and soft rock, realizing full hole grouting with both high anchoring force and high extensibility.
