针对特厚硬煤层不同的地质条件,对比分析了4种特厚硬煤层开采方法的优缺点,介绍了适用特厚硬煤层开采的综合弱化技术及特厚硬煤层大断面巷道快速掘进技术与装备,以解决特厚硬煤层开采难题,提高生产集约化和机械化程度。最后,针对特厚硬煤层综采工作面所面临的灾害,提出了综合安全保障技术,并对厚煤层开采技术研究的重点和发展方向进行展望。
According to the different geological conditions of the ultra thick hard seam, four mining methods suitable for ultra thick hard seam were comprised and analyzed. The paper introduced the comprehensive weakening coal body technology suitable for the ultra thick hard seam mining and the rapid driving technology and equipment of the large cross section gateway in order to meet the production re- quirements of the fully-mechanized coal mining.The difficult problems of the ultra thick hard seam mining were solved and the production integration and mechanization degree were improved.Finally, according to the disaster problems faced to the fully-mechanized coal mining face in the ultra thick hard seam, the paper provided the comprehensive safety ensuring technology and put forward the key study point and development tendency to ultra thick hard seam mining.
