详细调查了成庄矿五盘区大采高5308孤岛工作面留巷的地质条件、支护状况和变形特征;采用FLAC3D数值模拟分析大采高孤岛工作面矿压显现规律和研究此类巷道的变形破坏机理;针对53082巷变形特点提出,先注浆提高破碎围岩整体性,增强围岩自身承载能力,后采用强力锚索支护控制锚固区围岩的二次离层,在锚固区内形成次生承载层来提高其围岩稳定性;并配合采用围岩表面喷浆封闭堵漏和浅深孔注浆相结合加固方案在53082巷进行现场试验。试验表明,加固后有效控制了大采高孤岛面留巷围岩变形,能够满足安全使用的要求,同时降低了巷修成本,具有显著的经济效益。
Investigated the geological conditions and the supporting conditions, failure characteristics of roadway retaining on 5308 island coal face with large mining height in No. 5 panel area of Chengzhuang Mine in detail, mine pressure appear regularly of island coal face with large mining height and deformation failure mechanism of roadway was analysed by using FLAC3D numerical simulation. According to the deformation damage characteristics of roadway on 53082 roadway, it was proposed that,firstly, grouting was carried out to improve integrity and strengthen the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock, secondly, powerful anchor supporting is applied to control the sec- ond abscission layer of surrounding rock,whose purpose is to form secondary load bearing layer to improve the stability of surrounding rock;and then, with the application of surface grouting on surrounding rock and combined supporting of shallow and deep holes grou- ting, field test was implemented in 53082 roadway. Results of test show that, the deformation of surrounding rock on island working face with large mining height is effectively controlled after the reinforcement, and the reinforced roadway can satisfy the safe usage, cost of roadway repair is also reduced, and all this has obtained remarkable economic benefit.
