为了研究工作面煤壁近水平钻取不同深度煤体的物理力学参数及变化规律,在陕西何家塔煤矿50105工作面切眼近水平钻取直径147mm左右的煤芯,在实验室加工成标准试件,从开切眼煤帮表面到煤体内部0-2.5m深度,间隔0.5m分为5段不同深度,分别进行单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、黏聚力、泊松比、内摩擦角等力学参数测试。结果表明:内摩擦角与试件的位置关系不大,弹性模量、泊松比先突变后平缓,但是抗压强度、黏聚力0-2.5m线性增加,抗压强度从17.51MPa增大到28.43MPa,0-0.5m范围内是2-2.5m的62%;黏聚力从5.73MPa增大到9.9MPa,0-0.5m范围内是2-2.5m的58%。
In order to study of physical and mechanics parameters and change rule of different depth coal body,which sampling along nearly horizontal in working face wall,coal cores of diameter 147 mm that sampling in cutting of 50105 working face of Shaanxi Hejiata coal mine,then standard test specimens were made in laboratory,and the mechanical parameters were test,which include uniaxial compressive strength,elasticity modulus,cohesive,poisson ratio,internal friction angle and so on,and the test were done under five different depth that from cutting coal side surface to interior,depth was 0 - 2. 5m,interval was 0. 5m. The results showed that there was no obviously relationship between internal friction angle and samples position, elasticity modulus and poisson ratio was changed sharply first and then smoothly,but uniaxial compressive strength and cohesive increasing linearly between 0 - 2. 5m,uniaxial compressive strength increased from 17. 51 MPa to 28. 43 MPa,it' s value in scope 0 - 0. 5m was about 62% of 2 - 2. 5m,cohesive increased from 5. 73 MPa to 9. 9Mpa,it' s value in scope 0 - 0. 5m was about 58% of 2 - 2. 5m.
