Based on the situation of China′s service industry,this paper analyzes the impacts of family to work interface on three dimensions of emotional labor（surface acting,deep acting and genuine expression）by using the survey data,and discusses the regulating effect of service climate on the relationship between family to work interface and emotional labor.The result shows as follows：family to work conflict has negative impacts on deep acting and genuine expression;family to work facilitation has positive impacts on deep acting and genuine expression;when service climate is stronger,the positive relationship between family to work conflict and surface acting become weaker,and the negative relationship between family to work conflict and deep acting become weaker,and the negative relationship between family to work facilitation and surface acting become weaker,and the positive relationship between family to work facilitation and deep acting or genuine expression become stronger.
