立足于中国服务业情境,利用多阶段调研数据,探讨家庭工作界面(包括家庭工作冲突和家庭工作增益)对情绪劳动3个维度(表层表演、深层表演和真实表达)的影响,揭示了服务氛围在家庭工作界面与情绪劳动之间的调节作用。结果表明:家庭工作冲突负面影响深层表演和真实表达,家庭工作增益正向影响深层表演和真实表达;随着服务氛围的增强,家庭工作冲突与表层表演的正向关系变弱,家庭工作冲突与深层表演的负向关系变弱,家庭工作增益与表层表演的负向关系变弱,家庭工作增益与深层表演和真实表达的正向关系变强。
Based on the situation of China′s service industry,this paper analyzes the impacts of family to work interface on three dimensions of emotional labor(surface acting,deep acting and genuine expression)by using the survey data,and discusses the regulating effect of service climate on the relationship between family to work interface and emotional labor.The result shows as follows:family to work conflict has negative impacts on deep acting and genuine expression;family to work facilitation has positive impacts on deep acting and genuine expression;when service climate is stronger,the positive relationship between family to work conflict and surface acting become weaker,and the negative relationship between family to work conflict and deep acting become weaker,and the negative relationship between family to work facilitation and surface acting become weaker,and the positive relationship between family to work facilitation and deep acting or genuine expression become stronger.
