鲫作为研究鱼类进化的独特材料,具有丰富的遗传多样性和多种不同倍性的亚种。采用一般线性回归模型(GLM),对286个EST-SSR标记与鲫鱼自交F2代181尾个体的体长、体高及其比值进行单标记回归分析。Permutation检验(10 000次)结果显示:共有53个标记分别与体长、体高及体长/体高具有显著相关性,其中与体长显著相关的标记有24个(P〈0.05),极显著相关的标记有6个(P〈0.01);与体高显著相关的标记有30个(P〈0.05),极显著相关的标记有9个(P〈0.01);与体长/体高显著相关的标记有23个(P〈0.05),极显著相关的标记有9个(P〈0.01)。本研究获得的53个与3种性状相关的标记为分子辅助育种(MAS)提供了理论基础。
Crucian carp(Carassius auratus)is rich in genetic diversity,and becomes a good genetic resource for research of molecular markers or genes associated with growth traits.A GLM procedure was used to analyze the effects of these 286 microsatellites on body length,body height,and the ratio of them.Permutation tes(t 10 000 replicates)showed that 53 makers were significant correlation with the three growth traits(P<0.05),24 makers were significant correlation with the body length(P<0.05),and 6 were significantly related with body length(P<0.01);30 makers were significant correlation with the body height(P<0.05),and 9 were significantly related with body length(P<0.01);23 makers were shown to fit the correlation from the body length(P<0.05),and 9 were very significant correlation(P<0.01).Markers and gene types related to the three growth traits were obtained from this research,which provided effective basis to the study of crucian carp marker-assisted breeding.
