英文摘要：
This paper introduces a system, it can realize identification in intemet by recognizing fingerprints. The system collects the images of fingerprints, make sure the information of fingerprint transport safely, and matches the fingerprint templates in the server. The experiments show that the system can recognize 99% of fingerprints, and encrypt the data in the network. Therefore, the system can be widely used in the network.
