According to car parts manufacturing industry, a complete ERP system is designed and implemented in this paper for operational management as well as manufacturing command and control. Firstly, the different strategies to problems appearing in each phrase of implementation are analyzed, which are combined with examples to show how to choose a proper implementation strategy. In addition, the importance and effects of management consulting in the implementation of system, as well as the existing problems in the practical application are presented. Finally, the solutions and opinions on how to prevent implementation failure and improve the success rate of project are put forward.
