本文研究了服务业FDI对下游制造业生产效率的影响。首先分析了服务业FDI作用于下游制造业生产效率的理论机制,然后利用2005-2014年中国制造业15个行业的面板数据,实证检验了服务业FDI的流入对我国下游制造业生产效率的影响。结果显示,在当期服务业FDI并不会促进下游制造业的生产效率,但其滞后一期的提升效果则非常显著;从全要素生产率的分解项来看,服务业FDI主要是通过促进制造业技术进步,从而促进其全要素生产率提升的。

英文摘要：

This paper studies the impact of services FDI on the productivity of downstream manufacturing in-dustry. Firstly, the paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of how services FDI affects the total factor productivity of downstream manufacturing, and then uses the panel data of 15 manufacturing industries in China from 2005 to 2014 to test the influence of services FDI on the productivity of downstream manufacturing industry. The results show that in the current period services FDI does not promote the productivity of downstream manufacturing indus-try ,but the lagging effect is very significant. Besides, services FDI improving the total factor productivity of manu-facturing industry is mainly through promoting its technological progress.
