本文阐述了服务业FDI对我国服务业竞争力的影响机制并利用2003--2013年间中国23个省份的面板数据实证检验了服务业FDI对中国服务业竞争力的影响。实证结果表明：服务业FDI对提升我国服务业竞争力作用显著，但仍有很大发展空间。据此，本文最后提出如下政策建议：通过加强引进外资环境建设、完善服务业吸引外资的基础设施、提升国内服务业产业结构等，促进服务业FDI更好的服务于中国服务业竞争力提升。

This article explaining the mechanism that services FDI impact the services industry＇ s competitiveness and use the 23 provincial panel data between the year of 2003 to 2013 empirical analyze the impact of services FDI on services industry competitiveness, the result show that： the role of service FDI promote China＇ s service industry competitiveness rising is significant, but still has great development space.
