In order growth, the paper quality of economic to analyze whether services openness optimizes the quality of economic summarizes the mechanism theory of services openness improving the growth, and uses the principal component analysis （PCA） method to construct the economic growth quality indicator and Chinese provincial panel data from 2005 to 2013 to make static panel estimation and dynamic estimation. The results show that services openness increases the effect of improving the quality of economic growth mainly through the upgrading of industrial structure, technology transfer and employment, among which the upgrading of industrial structure effect is most obvious, but technology transfer effect is relatively weak. Besides, the regression analysis finds that only when services openness reaches a certain ＂threshold＂ can it improve the quality of economic growth. Based on the obvious effect of services openness on improving the quality of economic growth, the Chinese government should further improve the level of service industry~ opening to the outside world, implement innovation, grasp multinational service opportunities, and coordinate the different level of regional development services, to optimize the quality of economic growth.
