Ideological education is the core to lay a solid foundation for the fire forces. Red resources are the centralized embodiment of the good convention of the party and working style. They have natural advantages which include indoctrination, orientation, and encouragement on the ideological education of fire forces. This paper explains the optimization of the red resources from a modem perspective, the set - up of a modem education system, the use of modem education fruits to foster the firm belief of fire forces.
