In this paper,the basic concepts of stereoisomers were summarized and generalized for organic chemistry teaching job,the transformation of the expressions of various stereoisomers have been elaborated in detail,and some confused symbols of nomenclature were distinguished.These efforts not only help teachers to facilitate teaching,but also help students understand and grasp knowledge.
