苯甲酸做相转移催化剂,在H2SO4溶液中用MnO2将甲苯氧化成苯甲醛。利用正交实验研究了H2SO4浓度、反应温度和苯甲酸用量对苯甲醛生成速率和收率的影响。结果表明,0.001 13 mol苯甲酸溶解到40 mL 58%H2SO4与10 mL甲苯组成的溶液中,在75℃与MnO2反应条件适宜,以MnO2计,苯甲醛收率42%。
Benzaldehyde was obtained via oxidation of toluene by MnO2 in H2SO4 solution using benzoic acid as the phase transfer catalyst.The influence of H2SO4 concentration,reaction temperature and dosage of benzoic acid on reaction rate and yield of benzaldehyde was investigated by orthogonal experiment.And the results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:0.215 4 g of benzoic acid was dissolved in a solution composed of 40 mL of 58% H2SO4 and 10 mL of toluene.The yield of benzaldehyde was 42% based on the weight of MnO2 when toluene reacted with MnO2 at 75 ℃.
