为了对城市轨道交通服务水平进行客观定量的评价,提出了基于物元可拓学的轨道交通服务水平评价模型。基于乘客的主观感受,从方便性、效率性、舒适性和经济性四方面构建了城市轨道交通服务水平评价体系;充分考虑专家的知识经验和实测数据的客观性,采用AHP和熵值法确定了评价指标权重;将轨道交通服务水平划分为4级,根据物元可拓学构造经典域物元、节域物元和可拓集合中的关联函数,建立轨道交通服务水平评价模型。将该模型用于西安市地铁二号线服务水平评价,评价结果显示其服务水平为一级,验证了模型的实用性和可行性。
In order to evaluate service level of rail transit, an evaluation model was proposed based on matter-element extenics theory. An evaluation system of service level of urban rail transit was constructed, which is based on the subjec- tive feelings of the passengers, from four aspects of accessibility, efficiency, convenience, comfort and economy. Consid- ering the experts' experience and information implicated in the data itself, comprehensive weights of evaluation index were determined by AHP and entropy. The service level of urban rail transit is identified as four levels, the elements in classical and joint field, correlation function of matter elements in extension sets were structured by extenics theory, and the evaluation model of service level of rail transit was set up. The proposed evaluation model was used to evaluation of services level of Xi'an Metro Line 2. The result shows that the service level of Xi'an Metro Line 2 is the first level, impl- ying the fact that the proposed method provided reasonable results for the services level of urban rail transit.
