为给规划、设计、管理等各阶段提供科学的道路通行能力计算方法,通过对各国大量道路通行能力研究文献的分析,重点综述了以往通行能力研究的代表性领域“信号控制交叉口通行能力”的成果。饱和流率和有效绿信比是通行能力估算的2个关键参数:对饱和流率从其模型形式、实测方法、基本饱和流率和各项修正参数的确定方法等进行了综述;对有效绿信比的确定,针对定时和感应2种主要信号控制模式,阐述了绿信比的影响因素、计算方法及模型。最后结合信号控制交叉口通行能力研究需求和条件变化及中国在该研究领域中所需解决的特殊问题,探讨了信号控制交叉口通行能力的研究发展方向。结果表明:目前的信号交叉口通行能力研究缺乏对交叉口上、下游条件的考虑,关于饱和流率在波动、复杂通行环境及提供信息条件下的通行能力计算及其不确定性分析是未来研究的方向。
In order to provide scientific capacity calculation method for the plan, design and management of transportation, the calculation method for signalized intersection capacity was studied systematically by literature analysis of various countries. The review focused on two factors: the saturation flow rate and the effective green ratio, which are the two key factors to calculate the capacity of signalized intersection. In the view of the saturation flow rate research, its model form, measurement technique, basic saturation flow rate and adjustment factors for saturation flow rate were summarized. In the view of the effective green ratio research, the influential factors, calculation methods and models for pre-timed control and traffic-actuated control were expounded. Finally, with the consideration of the requirement and changed conditions of the research and the specific problems of China in this field, the developing trend of the study on signalized intersection capacity was proposed. The results show that most of the existing researches do not take into account the potential impact of upstream blockage and downstream congestion on the signalized intersection capacity. The calculation of the signalized intersection capacity under the situation of the saturation flow rate fluctuation, complex traffic, and information environment, and the uncertainty analysis will be the tendency of further studies.
