以新浪微博为研究基础,依据《2013年上半年新浪政务微博研究报告》选取其中转发量大的政务微博为研究对象,通过描述统计分析、对比分析等对政务微博信息质量进行研究。在收集和分析政务微博用户对信息评论态度的基础上,本文从政务微博信息内容的增值性、及时性、准确性、完整性这四个维度分析政务微博信息发布中存在的信息质量问题,并提出相关对策建议。
Based on the study of Sina Micro-blog, according to the First Half of 2013, Sina' s Government Micro-blog Research Report, this article selects the micro-blog in government field that has been widely forwarded in the report as the study object. By using descriptive statistical analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, the quality of information on the Government Micro-blog has been studied. Based on the collection and analysis of the users' attitude towards the government micro-blog information, this article analyzes the existing quality problems released from the government micro-blog which concern this four dimensions: value-added, timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and proposes some relevant suggestions.
