基于差错知识能量的视角,使用SPSS19.0对198个企业样本数据进行统计分析,探讨企业差错学习能力与技术创新绩效之间的关系。研究表明,差错学习能力对技术创新绩效、差错知识解读、差错知识获取、差错知识消化有显著的正向影响;差错知识解读、差错知识获取、差错知识消化对技术创新绩效有显著的正向影响;且差错知识能量3个环节均在差错学习能力与技术创新绩效中发挥中介作用。
英文摘要：
Based on the prospective of error knowledge energy and the analysis of 198 business samples,this paper discusses the relationship between error learning abilities and technological innovation with SPSS 19.9.Research shows that error learning abilities has a positive effect on technological innovation performance,error knowledge interpretation,error knowledge acquisition and error knowledge digestion.Error knowledge interpretation,error knowledge acquisition and error knowledge digestion have positive influences on technological innovation performance.Besides,the error knowledge energy plays an inter-mediation role on the effect where error learning ability has put on the enterprise technology innovation performance.
