差错信息在组织内部并没有引起足够的重视。在介绍差错信息、差错管理、差错信息管理基本概念的基础上,指出差错信息管理的基本过程,包括收集、分析与处理、存储、传递、共享五个环节。组织建立差错信息管理体制有其必要性和可行性,从组织体系和制度体系两个角度分析了组织差错信息管理体制的运行。

The problem of error information has not been emphasized in organizations. Based on a brief summary of the theoretical base about error information, error management and error information management, this paper points out five links for error information management process, including collection, analysis and processing, storage, transmission, sharing. And this paper has expounded the necessity and feasibility of the error information management system in organizations from two aspects of organizational sys- tem and institutional system.
