在信息时代,个人在群体工作环境中不仅要管理自己的个人信息。还需要与群体中的其它成员共享自己的部分个人信息,这种共享活动会对群体中其它成员的活动造成直接或间接的影响,如何通过信息共享实现工作效率最大化使我们亟待解决的问题,本文运用博弈论分析了群体信息管理的信息共享中的群体成员的决策过程,建立了群体信息共享中的群体成员博弈模型、管理者和群体成员之间的博弈模型,通过对模型的分析,提出了实现良好的群体信息共享的若干建议.
In information era, people not only manage their personal information in a group environment, but also have to share part of their personal information with other group members. The sharing activities will have a direct or indirect influ- ence on other group members. Therefore, how to improve our work efficiency by information sharing is the problem to be solved immediately. Based on game theory, this paper analyses the decision process of group members in group information sharing, builds the game models of information sharing among group members, and among managers and group members in Group Information Management (GIM). Through the analysis of the two models, the paper explores some countermeasures concerning these issues.
