9,10-二[3,5-二(苯基)苯基]蒽是一种性能较好的小分子蓝色有机电致发光材料。通过改进的方法合成其重要的中间体3,5-二苯基溴苯,经过锂卤交换,采用还原蒽醌与相应芳基锂的加成物得到目标产物。研究了用所合成的材料作发光层所制得有机电致发光器件的光谱特性及其电流、电压、亮度等。结果表明通过改进的方法合成上述蓝色荧光材料具有原料易得、反应步骤少、产物得率较高等特点。
This paper presents a new synthetic method for 9, 10-di-(3, 5-diphenyl)phenyl anthracene as the emitter in organic light emitting diode, especially in synthesis of 3,5-(diphenyl)bromobenzene. The intermediate product 3,5-(diphenyl) bromobenzene was synthesized by one-pot reaction of 2,4,6-tribromoiodobenzene with aryl-grignard reagent. The electroluminescence (EL) spectra and current den- sity-voitage-luminance characteristics of 9, 10-di-(3, 5-diphenyl)phenyl anthracene-based organic light emitting diodes were also investigated. The results showed that 9, 10-di-(3, 5-diphenyl)phenyl anthracene was one of the useful products as the emitting materials in organic light emitting diodes.
