The tracking control problem for a class of nonlinear systems with time-delays and Lipschitz nonlinearities is studied. Some new criteria on global asymptotic stabilization, which guarantees the error of output and state tracking to convergence to zero, are obtained based on a state feedback controller, and Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and matrix theory. The simulations by MATLAB show the feasibility of our methodologies.
