英文摘要：

The research on location factors of Foreign Direct Investment （FDI） is a popular thesis in theory and reality. This article analyzes the location factors of FDI in China on the basis of a questionnaire survey on 81 typical foreign multinational enterprises in Beijing. The conclusion of the article is as follows ： firstly, market scale, market scale rising, political and economic stability are the most important factors that affect FDI ; secondly, wage level, labour force quality and imitating or keeping ahead of rivals are also the important factors ; thirdly, transportation cost of products and foundation establishment are other factors, lastly, incentive measures of government, including revenue decreasing, is not the main factor that improve the scale of FDI.
