The proportion of producer services in modem service industry is continuously increasing,so producer services have gradually become the main part of the modern service industry.Deepening division and upgrading economic structure have promoted both the evolution of circulation functions and the circulation innovation.And more efficient organizational forms and service delivery modes of circulation occur.With the new relationship of production and marketing,modern producer services and circulation services have gradually changed from ＂separate operation＂ to ＂mixed operation＂.Therefore,we must classify the modern producer services from the perspective of circulation innovation,and analyze the internal mechanism of modern producer services from the relationship among product services,factor services,and professional services.
