针对可再生能源(大型风电场和光伏电站)电站侧蓄电池储能电站(BESS)平抑随机输出功率波动的功能定位,建立了基于钠硫电池的储能电站动态性能分析与评价模型。根据电网对可再生能源功率输出的不同要求和蓄电池自身运行约束,提出了BESS动态充放电控制策略和2种运行优化目标,建立了不同的评价指标,以便从各种角度对BESS的动态效果加以量化。优化算法采用动态规划法。算例证明该模型有效,进一步给出了系统中基于BESS动态性能的最佳BESS配置数量。
Based on the dynamic characteristics of battery energy storage stations(BESS) on renewable energy(such as large wind farm and/or PV plant) based power station side to smooth the random power fluctuations,a model for analyzing and evaluating the performance of NaS based BESS is presented.According to the different requirements of power grid on output power of renewable energy and the operating constraints of battery itself,the dynamic changing-discharging control strategies and two optimizing object functions are proposed.Different evaluation indices are established for quantifying the smoothening effect from different perspectives.Dynamic programming is adopted to solve this optimization problem.Numerical results show the validity of this model.Furthermore,the optimal allocation capacity of BESS based on the dynamic performance is given.
