针对切削刀具故障频率高、使用寿命短特点,提出在全寿命周期内的生产计划与预防性维修计划统筹优化模型。并在设备的失效概率分布函数中引入失效率递增因子和维修率递减因子,将设备的失效成本估计及设备的预防性维修成本引入生产计划决策变量空间,将生产延迟成本和维修成本最小化作为决策目标。最后,运用一个生产实例统筹优化模型与两种计划独立决策模型效果进行对比分析,结果发现应用该决策模型比分别安排两种计划决策使总成本减少了18%。
Aiming at the higher frequency failure and shorter life of cutting tool, an integrated model is proposed that simultaneously determines production scheduling and preventive maintenance planning decision in the life cycle so that the total costs of jobs is minimized. According to the failure distribution function of the cutting tool, failure rate factor and repair rate reduction factor are introduced, and the estimative failure costs and preventive maintenance costs are joined in decision variables set. Finally, a simple example is used to demonstrate the contrastive analysis results by independent decision and integrating optimal scheduling. The numerical results show an average reduction of 18% in expected total costs.
