由于轧辊磨床托瓦松动故障的动力学行为直接影响磨削工作状态,故基于磨床双时延模型,建立了轧辊磨床托瓦松动的动力学模型,研究了托瓦松动时磨削系统的动力学特性。通过对正常工况和不同间隙托瓦松动工况的仿真分析,获得了相应的振动响应和包络谱特征,仿真结果与试验数据较一致,验证了轧辊磨床托瓦松动的动力学模型的有效性和准确性。
To study the effects of pillow looseness on dynamic behavior of a roll grinder,a dynamics model of the grinder was proposed based on the two time delays model.Then the dynamic responses of the grinding system were solved.Investigations on the vibration responses and the envelope spectrums of the grinding system with or without pillow looseness were carried out numerically and experimentally.A good agreement between the simulation results and experimental results validates the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed model.
